APPLICATION:-The precision winding machine is able to wind threads of natural / man made fibres approx between 50 Tex to3500 Tex depending on the strength and regularity of the yarn. Only the traverse guides , speed ,and dimond have tobe changed as per type / size of the yarn.

All types of collapsible or cylindrical package can be wound using suitable winding mandrels.

Normally the package length is 300 mm ,though it can be lowered down to 150 mm .by changing some parts of thetraverse box ( i.e . 250 ,200 ,150 mm)

Maximum package weight that can be wound as around 22 kg. Depending on the length & dia of the package andthe strength & dia of the yarn.

Standard winding speed is approx 500 m/minute, though it can be increased up to 700 m/minute, depending on thestrength , dia of the yarn and no of fields of the delivery package.

SPOOL PACKAGE

CONSTRUCTION :-

Each machine frame is assembled with two nos. Of individual driven winding heads. Any no of frames can beerected together to form a series of winding heads whenever required.

The winding axle is mounted on a swinging arm fitted to the main body through a ange type bush.

The traverse box is also fitted on the main body through a ange type bevel gear box.

Speed variation unit is fitted inside the frame between the motor and the main body.One plate is fitted on the frame operating side to accommodate tension discs ,slab catcher etc.

Feeding device is fitted at the front bottom of the frame and can accommodate any type of the feed package bychanging the peg.

ELECTRICALS:- Installed power per spindle 1hp motor of three phase . Yarn sensing by electronic non contact yarn detector on every one spindle. Over load /Over temperature indication. Shock proof low voltage switches. Speed of spool 400 rpm to 450 rpm (export yarn). Speed of spool 550 rpm to 600rpm (local yarn )
