Research activities include several aspects like, enzyme treatment of
some local by-products, factors affecting broiler and turkey and duck meats
qualit, improving feeding quality of local feedstuffs.
I supervise 21 M.Sc. students and 8 Ph.D. students, morover, I
participated in 30 examination committees for Ph.D. and M. Sc. Thesis in
different Egyptian University. Thses thesis covered a wide range in poultry
feeding and nutrition.
My teaching avtivities cover 15 courses in poultry nutrition and production.
I am highly interestedin the nutritional aspects of broiler breeder farms,
turkeys, layers and ducks.
