eircom AssureNet is the first managed service of its kind from eircom that offers you local, 24-7, engineering resources to detect and resolve business impacting incidents on your business network, available on an operational expenditure basis.
Our Customer Response Centre (CRC) is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When you contact the eircom CRC, you’re speaking with an engineer who can diagnose and usually resolve your question on the spot. 95% of all identified incidents are resolved by our level 1 engineering team. The remaining incidents are escalated to Level 2 and Level 3 engineers as required until the issue is cleared to your satisfaction.
The up-to-date knowledge of our experienced engineers, and our ITIL processes, are your assurance that any network incident will be rapidly acted on and addressed.
Where there is a recurring incident on your network, our problem management process lets us ascertain the root cause. This proactive management of your network performance facilitates continuous improvement and optimisation in your business-critical network.

According to the eircom AssureNet service level agreement you choose, we will immediately report any incidents to you and will begin remediation on any impairment in the function of your enterprise network.

Self-serve reports are available in near real-time through a dedicated customer portal. These reports can be customised from a library of templates to meet your specific business requirements.
In addition, a monthly performance reporting pack is issued outlining how your network is performing for the previous period by critical business function.
Finally, for customers who require ongoing consultation, an eircom CCIE engineer reviews the capabilities and findings from monthly reports, culminating in a regular face-to-face meeting, with an appropriate plan of action for ongoing improvements and optimisation in your network.
