Medicare eligible providers will avoid a 2016 penalty by successfully attesting for any 2014 reporting period

PQRS+ Last day to submit 2014 PQRS data through some reporting

methods, such as an EHR. It’s also the last day 2014 claims will be processed and counted for 2014 PQRS participation
