Corporate gift catalogue

A range of high quality gifts are available for staff to give

to keynote speakers and external visitors from partner

organisations and international delegations.

All gifts need to be signed for on behalf of the department

with details of each recipient and justification for why they

are receiving a gift.

You can order corporate gifts by filling in a request form on

the Corporate Communications Wiki or through emailing

callans@edgehill.ac.uk

Please note:

We will only accept a maximum of 10 items per order/event

for named recipients, however, we can arrange for extra

gifts to be recharged to the department. We will also

record the occasion/event that the gifts are required for.

Corporate gifts are not intended to be giveaways for large

groups of delegates, students, graduates, school-groups

or exhibitors. If staff require conference giveaways,

competition prizes or their own supply of corporate gifts,

we can advise on appropriate suppliers, ranges and design

services. However, departments will need to take responsibility

for the budget, procurement and management of this.

Due to limited storage on campus, Corporate Communications

requires at least three days' notice when placing orders. You

will be notified by email when the gifts are ready for collection.
