EHS Consulting 12-page Flipchart Template On the following pages are a series of tables that represent the physical boundaries of each page of the 12-page flip chart. Replace the text label “Place text here…” with your own content. The light blue-filled boxes at the bottom of every other page will contain your topic headings. Replace the labels “Heading 1,” “Heading 2,” “Heading 3,” etc., with your own topic heading text. Ideally you would enter your content in only the pages that contain the topic headings, or the “A” pages (Figures 1 and 2), and leave empty the alternate pages (the “B”) pages, which contain a single black-ruled box. Use these pages for your content if you need to extend your copy onto another page, but keep in mind that doing so will increase the printing costs. If you use both an “A” page and a “B” page, start your content at the top of the preceding “B” page and continue placing the content down to the end of the next “A” page (see Figure 3). The two pages together constitute a “spread” of an open flip chart. Your content should end before the bottom borders of each table cell. Place topics containing the least content in the shorter tables, near the beginning of this document; place topics containing the most content in the taller tables, near the back of this document. The font style is set to Arial 12 pt. You can change the font or adjust the text size by revising the Normal text style. Try to avoid a text size that is smaller than 10 points, because this may reduce legibility. Your text may include simple styles, such as headings, subheadings, body text, and bullets. Except for simple tables, avoid adding graphic objects inside the textboxes, such as illustrations, sidebars, photos, or charts. When placed within a text boxes, these items can upset the pagination of this document. If you have any of these items to add to your content, create a separate Word file and simply place them into it, along you’re your instructions as to where they will reside in the flow of your flip chart document. You can place a maximum of 11 emergency topics in this document. Page 1A contains the logo and entity name, page 2A begins with the first topic footer, and page 12A ends with topic footer 11. Emergency phone numbers typically go on page 1B. Assign the smaller boxes to topics containing the least amount of content; use the longer boxes for heading topics containing the most content.

EHS Consulting 12-page Flipchart Template

On the following pages are a series of tables that represent the physical boundaries of each page of the 12-page flip chart.
