Key Points

• A limited hierarchical structure; a more distributed approach that will allow for ideas to flow in a top down as well as bottom up approach to keep continuity of ideas and philosophies.

• A TBD governance body (I.e. Board of Directors, Secretariat, etc..) must guide and support the community with basic care and feeding.
