E G G G R A D I N G S Y S T E M S Diamond will help design an egg gradingoperation for inline production units or an offline grading station. We can plan a well organizedflow of product and packaging material tomaximize the efficiency of the grading,packaging, and storage of shell eggs. Wecan also design a products plant for furtherprocessed eggs. This can be integratedinto the grading station or designed for aseparate location.

Machine models and configurations areavailable from 10,000 to 150,000 eggs perhour, from hand packing to total automation.Diamond graders are stainless steel and meetall government sanitary requirements. Theentire system includes preloader-loaders,accumulators, plastic tray washers, egg washersand dryers. State-of-the-art crack, dirt, bloodand leak detection is available along with theability to reject and pack each second qualitycategory. The new wash down electronic scalesare standard on all Diamond graders.Automatic packing and automatic casepacking are also available. All of this is fromone company, with one integrated design, withone company responsibility: Diamond Systems.

An entire series of egg washers are alsoavailable that meet HACCP food safetyrequirements with an E-3A design, USDAapproved. The washers maximize the safe,gentle and thorough cleaning of incomingeggs. Our software controls the flow andgrading of eggs and is an important componentin managing an efficient egg grading operation.Traceability software tracks each flock of eggsfrom the production unit to the consumer andback through the distribution to the point oforigin. The Diamond software uses WindowsXP™ operating system which makes it easy tonetwork with other computers. Our DiamondRMS is a wireless Remote ManagementSystem to monitor the grading from a pocket PC.
