Sightseeing tours Follow us on VLTAVA RIVER CRUISE WITH GUIDE Would you like to get to know Prague in a slightly different way? We can offer you a very popular boat trip along the Vltava River. You will then spend an hour on a motor tour boat. You will see the most beautiful monuments of Prague’s historical centre – the panorama of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, romantic Kampa Island and the colourful rooops and impressive spires of the Lesser Quarter and Old Town. WALKING TOUR – KING´S WAY AND THE INFANT JESUS OF PRAGUE Let’s join us on the road of Czech kings! So called King´s Way led from the Powder Tower (Prašná brána) through Celetná Street to the Old Town Square, through the Small Marketplace (Malý rynek) and Karlova Street to Křížovnické Square and along Charles Bridge and Lesser Town Square to Prague Castle. However having crossed the Charles Bridge we turn to visit the nearby Church of Virgin Mary Victorious where a charming little statue of the infant Jesus welcoming visitors from all over the world has been displayed since 1556 when it was brought from Spain. PRAGUE – HISTORICAL TOWN Visit the Jewish Quarter – known as Josefov or Joseph’s Town – with us! We will begin by taking a walk through the Old Town. We will enter the former Jewish Quarter at the house where Franz Kafka was born. Your guide will acquaint you with the history of the former ghetto and oldest synagogue in Central Europe the Old New Synagogue. Take a walk through the Old Jewish Quarter and visit a number of synagogues that are part of the extensive and unique Prague Jewish Museum complex. EVENING RIVER CRUISE WITH DINNER AND MUSIC If you are already tired from walking around Prague with a guide and it is enough for you to spend a pleasant evening on board a restaurant boat with a chance to enjoy the view of the beautifully illuminated panorama of Prague, then this evening cruise is intended for you. During the cruise, a buffet with a selection of hot and cold cuisine and a bar with friendly staff and live music are available to you the entire time. The route of the cruise leads under Charles Bridge, with a view of the panorama of Prague Castle and the baroque churches of the Old and New Town. Our assistant will there to welcome you on board and will be available during the cruise to answer any questions. You can sit on the open top deck or inside in the salon which is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer. This tour ends on the riverfront in the centre of Prague. GRAND SIGHTSEEING TOUR / PRAGUE CASTLE / CHARLES BRIDGE If you decide to take this tour, our professional guide will acquaint you thoroughly with Prague, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and its thousand year old history and architecture. From the comfort of our air-conditioned buses, we will first show you the New Town and Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, the National Theatre, the panorama of Prague Castle, the Lesser Quarter, and Charles Bridge. Then you will continue on foot to the courtyard of Prague Castle, become acquainted with its history, and visit the inside of its biggest monument, Saint Vitus’ Cathedral. Aer visiting the grounds of Prague Castle, you will descend to the Lesser Quarter and Kampa Island. You will then cross Charles Bridge, the architectural gem of Central Europe, to the opposite bank of the Vltava River, from where you will continue on foot to the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The tour ends in the Old Town by the Astronomical Clock on the Old Town Hall near Týn Church. PANORAMIC AN HOUR BOAT TRIP This hour-long cruise is especially suitable for families with small children and anyone who wants to enjoy an untraditional view of Charles Bridge and the panorama of Prague Castle from the water and does not want to devote too much time to this endeavour. A bar with pleasant staff is available to serve you refreshments and coffee or cold drinks on the top deck.
