into your papers throughout the speed range, reacting to defined

temperature limits and automatic warp measurement.

Paper Temperature ControlPaper temperature is measured at key points of

the process, which combined with Profile’s advanced

control methods lead to optimum heat, stable bonding and

give you the ability to control the paper condition.

ESCADA Intelligent Speed Control increases your

output by automatically pushing your corrugator to its

maximum speed while ensuring quality is maintained. The

sofware will analyse production and process parameters,

then push the operator to accept higher speeds than

previously seen for those orders. Our customers have

benefited from up to 10% year over year increase in

billable output after using Intelligent Speed Control.

Smart Setpoint complements the established ‘Profile’

Process Control system, adding multi recipe control which

can be automatically selected depending on season, board

width or other factors. SSP also allows you to monitor your

recipes in real time – how often they are used in automatic

mode and also whether you are operating according to the

recipe – very important factors which give you indication

whether you need to adapt your recipes. And finally, Smart

Setpoint will give you the ability to analyse the success of

your recipes, linking board performance (warp or other

metrics) to give you the answers that you need.
