Conclusion

On the basis of findings following conclusions have

been drawn which are the main reasons of conflict Principals and teachers are not punctual

Principals as well as teachers have the habit offlattery

Usually Principal have autocratic and unkindbehavior with teachers

Principal take no interest in the preparation oftimetable
