Little reindeer boy Niko has never met his real father who is supposed to be a member of Santa’s legendary Flying Forces – the coolest reindeers around! But the other reindeers don’t believe his stories about his famous father or his claim that one day he will fly just like his dad – He stumbles over all the time and everybody is laughing at him. After a wolf attack on his herd’s peaceful home which he takes responsibility for, he sets off for a desperate, dangerous mission through icy blizzards and across wild terrain looking for his father. He discovers a devious plan to destroy and replace the famous flying squadron by the evil Black Wolf and his gang. On his heroic journey to find his father and save Christmas, Niko is accompanied by his true friend and surrogate father Julius – a clumsy flying squirrel who has nurtured and indulged the boy’s dream.Much to Julius’ annoyance, the two of them are joined by sassy singing weasel Wilma, who actually knows the way to Santa’s Fell. Having passed many adventures on the trio’s hazardous expedition, Niko faces the biggest challenge when he has to choose between the life he has always dreamt of and his family…

Forced to leave his destitute village to find work, Pedro finds himself far from home, working on a building site. He takes part in drilling a tunnel for a luxurious hotel com-plex project in a site of exceptional natural beauty hidden deep in the mountains. But the building site is struck by problems: mysterious forces are wreaking havoc. A land-slide on the mountain forces the entrance to the tunnel to collapse, leaving Pedro trapped.Mia, Pedro’s young daughter having recently lost her mother, decides to leave her village to look for her fa-ther, knowing that she will have to cross a cursed forest. All the villagers try to convince her to stay but the little girl is determined to go; her love for her father is stronger than anything.Meanwhile, Jeckhide, the brash hotel developer, is more and more worried due to reports of the problems at the building site and also because of the news of the discov-ery of a huge footprint, left by a mysterious creature. Strongly under pressure to make his partners sign their contracts, Jeckhide decides to travel to the location, too.At the same time, after days and days of walking through the immense forest, Mia finds herself entering an almost fairytale world which will lead her to encounter the mys-terious Migoo…

In the 9th century, in a remote part of Ireland, lies the fortified Kells Abbey, where 12-year-old Brendan lives quietly. He is working hard together with the other monks to fortify the abbey walls as protection against Viking raids. But he is called to a new life of adventure with the arrival of Brother Aidan, a celebrated master illuminator and keeper of an extraordinary, but unfinished book. Aidan initiates the art of illumination to Brendan, awakening a prodigious talent. Brendan must finish the magnificent book. He has to overcome his deepest fears on a secret quest that will take him beyond the Abbey’s walls for the first time in his life, deep into the enchanted forest where danger-ous mythical creatures hide. He meets the fairy Aisling, a mysterious creature between a wolf and a girl, who will help him along the way. But with the terrifying Viking hordes getting closer, Brendan’s artistic vision will illuminate the darkness and show that enlightenment is the best fortification against the barbarians.
