which teaches entrepreneurship and uses the

“Entrepreneurship for Kids” Program

Tali Toledano, the school principal, tells the delegation about how the school

promotes entrepreneurial education among its 403 students, between 1st and 6th

grades.

The school’s goal is to equip its students with values, skills and abilities like belief in

their ability to succeed, knowing what they are able to do and the will to succeed.

An entrepreneur- a person who takes an idea and makes it a reality.

Skills of an entrepreneur, which the school endeavors to develop in its

students: the ability to recognize opportunities, the desire to learn to take

responsibility, to act on ideas, even if they are not routine, and to dare.

Tali Toledano, school principal: We developed a study program for each age group,

which develop entrepreneurship-specific skills, these programs change every year.

In addition, we teach the students about groundbreaking Jewish leaders and their

childhoods.

A mother and students presented their view of how entrepreneurial education

leads them to recognize an opportunity in their gluten and dairy intolerance and

raise awareness on the topic among school students.

The delegation received an informational packet about the school’s entrepreneurial

education.

A commemorative

bookmark for the

delegation with the

school’s motto

The delegation visited different classrooms. This is a combined class during

“cooking up stories”. At the end of the lesson, the delegation tasted the cookies

that the students baked.

Or Golan, a student at the school, presents his venture idea to the delegation in

English, as well as the advantages, market audience and more.

During a project-based learning process, the students planned an accessible

playground venture. Two representatives from the student group spoke about how

they came up with the idea, the process of building models and turning to the city to

start executing the idea.

The delegation members inspected the different models for the accessible

playground, which were built by the students.

Watching a learning classroom

The tour through different classroom also included a lesson with singer Si Heiman,

during which the students sang.
