Pre-Visit ConsiderationsMake contact with activity supplier and check costs,
availability, restrictions and obtain Risk Assessments.Check staff availability (male/female)Complete an Education Visits Form & book transport.Issue letter explaining the visit purpose, where it is,
costings and timings. Attach a Parental Consent Form & Medical Form as applicable.
Put together a Trip Pack that includes all required documentation (Off Site Register/Contact Details etc)
