for master in ES

• 60 EC, 1680 study hours

• Full-time: 1 year

• Part-time: 2 years

• 8 courses (7,5 EC each)

• Study load: 40 hours per week (full-time)

• Validity of results:

• Full-time: max. 2 years

• Part-time: max 4 years

General rules for eligibility: HBO graduates (1)

• Bachelor degree from University of Applied Sciences needs

to be obtained before start of programme

• No formal Mathematics requirement, BUT certain level of

knowledge is prerequisite (i.e., HAVO mathematics A, B, C)

• Brush up on math skills? UU summer courses

• No formal English requirement, BUT certain level of

English is required

General rules for eligibility: HBO graduates (2)

• Bachelor degree from a University of Applied Sciences in one of the

following sectors:

• Education (e.g., teacher training programmes for primary and

secondary eduction

• Behavior and Society (e.g., Social Work, Pedagogical Sciences)

• Healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy)

After you complete the premaster programme

1. Admission to the one-year master programme

2. Chance to be admitted to two-year research master

programme Educational Sciences: Learning in Interaction

• The Master programme must be started no later than one
