Introduction

International banker Julio Herrera Velutini comes from a long line of financial professionals, beginning with his great-grandfather, Julio Cesar Velutini Couturier, who led and significantly grew Banco Caracas (Venezuela) up until the 1930s. Julio M. Herrera Velutini continues that family tradition. He founded and now serves as chairman of a global bank headquartered in Puerto Rico. As one aspect of this role, Julio Herrera Velutini represents his bank in the Association of Banks of Puerto Rico (ABPR).
