Professional Profile: I am a capable, proven administrator and an accomplished academic. As an administrator, I served as the

Associate Director of the Institute of Qualitative and Multi-Method Research, working with a budget of tens of

thousands of dollars in order to organize the day-to-day operations of its annual training conference. I’ve served

as an academic advisor, helping students to navigate graduation requirements, secure funding, and make post-

graduate plans. As an academic, I have led teams of students working on commissioned public-policy research,

and edited their reports and presentations. I have developed assessment plans for curricular and co-curricular

programs. I have developed, instituted, and taught curricula in three different fields, including global studies. I am

Managed Model UN student staff: organize meetings, set expectations and deadlines, conduct leadership

Created and led a faculty advisory board, consisting of high school Model UN advisors, that meets twice

annually to assess conference performance and set conference goals, and develop new programming.

Oversaw every aspect of the three-day conference, including: classroom standards, extracurricular events,

catering and housing, and enforcement of student conduct policy.

Developed entirely new curriculum each year.

Created a new scholarship fund for graduating high school seniors who attended MeMUNC and planned on

matriculating to USM in the following year.
