Overview of Project Experience

Conducted a Phase I due-diligence assessment at a paint manufacturing

facility as part of a real estate transaction in Philadelphia, PA.

Conducted Phase II environmental assessment at a commercial

property in Havertown, PA. Assessment included oversight of the

installation of a temporary monitoring well, recording soils, monitoring

soils for contaminants of concern and collecting water samples. Used

subsequent data to prepare a site-specific report, including GIS

mapping and technical writing.

Conducted groundwater sampling at a variety of locations. Used

groundwater field data and analytical data to prepare site specific

reports, including GIS mapping, data analysis and technical writing for

projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Oversaw monitoring well installation and recorded soils at a former gas

station in Delaware, monitoring soils for signs of contamination.

Sampled potable water in different stages of treatment systems in

order to test for metals and other contaminants of concern.

Monitored and collected data on methane emissions from a closed and

redeveloped landfill in New Jersey.
