Founded in 2012 in Dublin Ireland by senior industry execs
Venture backed in 2012, just completing Series A
Launched with partners in US, China, Korea and recently won contracts in EMEA and
LATAM

VISION
Terry Nealon, CEO As former EVP and GM of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Terry oversaw all
international markets outside the United States. He also served as Director of
International Sales at Riverdeep. Terry previously served Irish and international
markets in the software and telecommunications industries. As well as working
as teacher/volunteer in South Africa, key member of 3 tech startups.
Jim Butler, CTO Jim is former Senior Vice President, Technology Product Development for
HMH/Riverdeep. He was responsible for the Technology strategy and IT
operations, leading a globally distributed team of 700-plus technology
professionals. Jim previously held technology leadership roles at Vodafone, O2
and Microsoft.
