Click on Registrations by our website and you get new window of the list of all EC of all sports

Click on Registrations



You are by Registrations System list site, you can see there when the registrations can fill on PreliminaryEntry, Final Entry and Name registration. Click only on green button (reed button are closed).



There you get looking of all date’s of all sports when European Deaf Championchips by which sports and when it can start registrations.And you can click on you choise sports.

You get user name and password of ours EDSO webmaster / administrator Registrations System: Nete Stutt.



You are on Registrations System and click first on Invitation.

Than you come by Registration page, there you must click by Registrations details: vote on Pre-registration accept and how much people comes to EC [Number of Athlete MEN / WOMEN and also Officials] for this event EC.After vote on Pre Registration, you can click on “List all”, you can see there of all info by what you have vote.After vote on Pre Registration, vote on Final Registration, again click accept and how many people comes to EC.After vote on Final Registration, vote on Discipline registration, which events discipline your athletes doing by EC.

After click on create or update than you canlooking by “List all” what you have fill by Registrations details

After fill by Pre-registration accept than click on “List all”You can see what you have vote on Registrations details.



By Final-registration also fill how many men + Women + Officials and click on UPDATE

By Discipline, vote which discipline sports events,

Officials always by All Events



Athlete, which events and how many MEN by

Single Men than click on UPDATE

After vote by discipline, go to PERSON, see next page



When you comes to Name Registration than you can click on “Person” and there you can fill on the names of athletes/officials. See next page by Big picture.



After fill by Person than click on Enroll, you must click:Select open games, Events, Person, Role, Team no (this only Beach-Volleyball, Badminton, Futsal, Table Tennis and Tennis) and Rating (it only Athletics, Indoor-Athletics and Swimming).

For Athlete: which sport will practise these events.For officials on Events: always by all events…….see next page…..

Rating :(it only Athletics, Indoor-Athletics and Swimming).

Role: as athlete or athlete reserveAlso as officials/masseur/teammanager.



After Enroll, back to Registration and click on List all, there you can look, whick events you have fill and click on these event (2x), afterwards click on name-registration, click on Update. You are ready. than you can click on Menu: Document Final Accept. These form you can it send fax to official or at it in email to EDSOADMIN: [email protected]



You can click on Menu: Report and look all informations what you have registered.



By Reports, you can see all informations, what you have registered for participation at EC by Registrations System.See next page.



First click on “Select report”

If you want it at PDF, it can also, click on picture “PDF”

next click on “select Games”, you can see what you have vote on registrations system. Click on “Submit”

Than again click on Submit.You get the PDF page…

Now you see it on “PDF” list and you can it at printed out or save in your disk.



Document Final Accept.

Click on “Create Final Accept Document”



these the final letter printed out and the signature of your president and secretary, than it form send by fax to official or at it in email to [email protected]

You have enough time 1 month at pre Registration/Final entry/Name registration for these at registered on online Registrations system.
