outcomes, a teacher needs a solid foundation in Information Communication

Technology, commonly known as ICT (Shelly, Gunter, Gunter 2010).

This school operates in the

Catholic School system,where as the government run

school sector is heavilyinvolved in the roll out of

the national curriculum and

would have budgetaryrestraints re implementing

this model.
