PADDLER OF THE MONTH: KASSANDRA REAUME has been competing for the Edmonton Whitewater Paddlers for the last 3 years. Her kayaking career really took off in the 2012 Alberta Summer Games where she was a medalist. Since then she has competed in the 2013 Cup of the North (where she was awarded the coveted “Rookie Scarf”) as well as Canadian Nationals in Welland, ONT. Kassandra is a regular at practices and has been known to say: “train hard, win easy!” We are proud she is member and very happy to award her as paddler of the month! Congrats!
