GROUP TRAINING SOLUTION- PERSONALITY
LEARNING STYLES
Be Prepared and Direct.
They want exercises to come fast and furious.
No time for long winded descriptions or reasons.
Give them simple cues and coaching points.

DIRECTOR PERSONALITY
Be Organized.
They need descriptions and reasons for the
exercises- know how many reps doing!
Need to know why behind the exercise.
Add more details in the coaching cues.
Process information verbally and visually.

ANALYTICAL PERSONALITY
Be Quiet.
Do not come at them aggressively.
Be conscious of their surroundings.
They need kinesthetic support and encouragement.
A helping hand!
They are likely at the gym or studio for emotional
and social support.
A great friend!
