PB30 PIPE BURSTER CABLE SYSTEM

Small and compacted wire feed pipe burster, ideal for the jobsthat a small machine can only get to with a pulling force of 30Tover a 50M pipe.

It still has the ability to burst all the common pipe materials usedtoday (Pitch Fibre, Cast, PE and PVC Pig Iron) from 50mm to 60mmpipes being burst and replaced.

The PB30 has a very small footprint (1 metre square) so the machinedigging is not always needed. It has the ability to all fit in a van foreasy storage, and all hydraulic fluids are biodegradable.

GRUNDOBURST 400G / 800G PIPE BURSTERHaving the unique ladder rod safety system on the400G / 800G, you know that safety is the firstpriority with 40T / 80T on pull back, you havecomplete control of the burst.

There are only six main pieces of equipment used ona pipe burster: the rod, the expander, towing head,rig (power pack), bursting unit and delta blade (rollerblade). All are sent on a trailer, having a choiceof the amount of meterage per day.

All bursting rigs are supplied with 100M of rods, extrarods for both 400G and 800G are available.

We also have available a 35mm rod system for 50mm pipes.

We offer a full site survey for all our pipeburstingequipment, giving our customers help and advice.

Top quality glass fibre conduit rod, arrives on a reel in4mm and 6mm width. The reel length of 150 metre to500 metre comes with a connection point on the rod forpulling the cable back.

We offer a full range of pipe towing heads, from astandard 50mm up to 330mm, we also stock the mud-tight variety for the non-contamination of your pipeline.

When pulling cables through new pipes don’t forgetyour cable sock. These single or double eye loops areavailable from 10mm to 115mm.

The Impact Mole is the simplest way of getting a pipe or cable through good ground (up to 20m in length) and whennot being able to open cut a trench.

Impact Moles are available from 45mm up to the new 180mm size and this easy to use A to B system is ideal for your needs.Two small pits, one entry and one exit is all that is required. They vary in size from 1.5m long and 700mm wide preventingany real damage to the area.

�� To operate, simply lift the pullerover the pipe (close to the collar)then by positioning the lever tooperate the grab arms, pump thehandle up and down until thearms are tight and secure aroundthe belly of the pipe.

�� Move handles to position 2 forthe operation of your pullinghome arms and chains alongsidethe pipe you’re about the pullhome. Secure the chains to thepipe pulling beam then switchposition levers and pump againwith the pulling force of 1.5tonnes.

�� Finally, simply reverse thisprocedure and move to the nextpipe.

If the pit is too small for removing the soil displacement hammer,the pipes are pulled in reverse gear. Thousands of sewer houseconnections have been installed in this way.

The Standard Manhole Box allows greater manhole ring sizes and is more robust.

It is heavier than the Light Boxes, therefore a heavier machine may be required on site.

Recommended maximum depth - 6m.

Our Trench Drag and Manhole Box Safety Access Systems fit our complete product range.

This system is light and easy to use and allows a safe entry system in and out of an excavation.

Just pin and clip on to the box channel with a gated platform to ladder, which also has a Davit Arm Socket to furtherimprove safety on entry if required.

The Trench Box Safety Access Ladder System will fit on to all our Trench Box Systems; from the 2m Lite, all the way up tothe 6m Super Drag Box.

Ideal for deeper trenches and poor ground conditions, the Mega and Standard Trench Box Systems are ideal forthis application, with the choice of three sizes. Light and simple to use, for excavations 1.8 metres to 2.7 metres.

Ideal for jobs where a small machine is being used, the excavation can be up to depths of 3 metres in good ground, with asimple pin and joint connection method.

The Brace System can be adjusted from 1.8 - 2.7 - 3.3 metres, using a 1 metre extension if required.

This Brace System has interchangable legs, for example, Type A legs (2m to 3m) and Type E legs (6m - 7m) form abrace which is 7m x 3m.

ANTI-SKID ROADPLATE DETAIL AND ACCESSORIES

Holding Down Bolts are available for fixing to the surface, to ensure there is no movement when vehicles are crossingor turning on the plate.

We carry a comprehensive range of Anti-Skid and Steel Roadplates.

Holding Down Bolts are available for fixing to the surface, to ensure there is no movement when vehicles are crossingor turning on the plate.

The bolts are simply drilled into the road surface and come in three parts: holding down bolt, steel collar and plastic cap (toprotect bolt).
