Our apartments are managed by our full-time Apartments Manager who lives and works at the EDENZ Apartments. From arrival to departure, our Apartments team is on-hand to solve any issues or questions you have during your stay, 24-hours a day (9am - 6pm & 6pm - 8am for emergencies) and will go out of their way to ensure your experience is trouble-free.

All guests are issued with a swipe card, which grants them access to the building and accommodation floor. Because your safety is our priority, we have a strict rule that visitors from outside the College are not allowed in guests’ rooms after 10pm.

Female guests can only share with other female guests. Apart from couples, we do not allow male guests to stay in the same apartment as a female guest.

We know how difficult it can be after a long haul flight. That’s why we offer to pick you up and drop you off at Auckland International Airport. It’s just one less thing to think about.

Please note, to ensure our apartments remain in excellent condition, and in the unlikely event of damage to property, we charge a bond of $300. A mandatory cleaning fee is deducted from your bond at the completion of your stay.

While towels and toilet paper are not provided, they are available to buy from our Apartments Manager or local supermarkets.

EDENZ Colleges is different from other Auckland schools in that we offer 2 complete floors of onsite student accommodation. In fact, EDENZ Apartments have 32 shared apartments available in a range of different layouts.
