Make sure that the PowerPoint is

working as well as the projector. Printout My Map Skills Book.

TUESDAYweek#1

This social studies lesson is designed for

1st grade students to learn about the 5

oceans and where they are located

on the map. This lesson will use a

globe/class map and YouTube videos.

G5.1.1 Differentiate between

and identify water and land on a map

and globe and use the terms ocean

and continent.

Print out Worksheets

WEDNESDAYweek#1


designed for a 1st grade student to

learn about the 7 continents. This

lesson will use worksheets and

YouTube videos.

as well as the projector. Make print

out of continents and get paper

Make sure projector is working.

Get poster boards for students and

print out a map of Nevada, the U.S,

and Clark County.
