SAFARI SPRITZ

A summery and sophisticated blend of zingy passion fruit, fresh mango nectar and

citrus, topped with a generous splash of sparkling wine.

MZUNGU

Our version of the White Russian. 1000 Hills Rwandan Vodka mixed with Amarula.

Topped with milk and cream and finished with a sprinkle of fresh-grated nutmeg.

KIGALI COBBLER

Fresh local fruits shaken with banana wine and a splash of Campari. Served rough

and ready, spritzed with Sprite.

Innocent Cocktails each 5000 A selection of guilt-free treats. Fresh, delicious and alcohol-free.

MANGO MARGARITA

Fresh mango blended with lime, a splash of freshly squeezed orange and lots of

ice.

KIGALI MARY

Tomato and tree tomato juice, mixed with a splash of lemon and our own

signature spices.

NO-RUM PUNCH

An alcohol-free blend of fresh pineapple juice, mango nectar and lime, with a twist

of black pepper.

MINT JULEP

The Boss’ favourite and official drink of the Kentucky Derby horse races. American

whisky sweetened and churned with crushed ice, mixed with a healthy handful of

fresh mint leaves. The ideal drink for a sunny terrace afternoon.

CAIPIRINHA

The traditional Brazilian “peasant drink” given an upgrade, with Sagatiba Pura

cachaça, diced limes and sugar to balance.

Ask for a Caipirovska (vodka) or Caipirissima (rum) if you fancy a change.

MOJITO

Said to date back to a 16th Century drink named after Sir Francis Drake, this Havana

legend is still going strong. Lots of rum, lime juice and fresh mint, with sugar and

soda to finish.

NEGRONI

Count Camillo Negroni complained that his Americanos weren’t strong enough, so

the bartender replaced his soda water with gin – combined with Campari and

sweet vermouth, and stirred to perfection.

COSMOPOLITAN

This “oh-so pretty in pink” drink packs more punch than you’d expect, with vodka

and triple sec, shaken ice cold with cranberry and fresh lime and finished with fire.

OLD FASHIONED

Invented in an era of “Fancy” and “Improved” cocktails and ordered by those who

believed the old way was best. The Old Fashioned Cocktail is a perfect balance of

American whiskey, Angostura bitters and a little sugar.
