Please keep your displays within the 10' x 10' areas.Please avoid noisy sales techniques that could disturb

judging.Please adhere to setup and breakdown times and park

trailers considerately.Please leave your sites as clean as they were when you

arrived.

ENTRY FEES:

This is a Bring Your Own Cage show. Spaces are 44” toaccommodate a double cage. You may have a maximum of

two entries in each cage.

One Entry in a double space: $120 ($95 one day entry)Two Entries in a double space: $170 ($130 one day entry)

Two Entries in Separate Double spaces: $200Three Entries in two double spaces: $260Four Entries in two double spaces $300

44” Grooming Space: $40End of row benching: $15 (Handicapped Exhibitor Free)

Early Bird Special: Enter by June 30, 2018, and get a 44”groom space for half price ($20)

Photo Entry for cats not entered in the show: $20 (payable at the door.)

Closing Date: Saturday,, August 4th, 2018 at Midnight,Mountain Standard Time.

CAT SUPPLIES: Cat litter will be provided by Dr. Elsey's.Please bring your own litter pans and cat food.

CHECK IN/SHOW HOURS: Check in Saturday is 7:30 am –8:30 am. Judging will start promptly at 9 am. Exhibitors thatare not present at the start of judging will be marked absentuntil they arrive. Advertised show hours for the public are 9am – 4pm on Saturday and 9 am – 4 pm on Sunday. All cats

MUST be present during the advertised show hours unless special permission to leave early is granted by the

Show Manager.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS/FEES: An official entry form orfacsimile must be used for each entry and submitted with a

completed summary sheet & full payment in US funds. USPS,fax, and online entries will be accepted and are considered

binding whether entry is benched or not.

All kittens in competition must be 4 calendar months old. All adults incompetition must be 8 calendar months old.

All Adult HHP's MUST be spayed/neutered. Please have yourspay/neuter records available.

Per TICA rules, cats do not have to be registered to be shownin one show, however, unregistered cats do not earn points or

titles.

Online entries will be officially entered when payment isreceived, which should be no more than 5 working days of

submission.

Cats will not be benched unless fees are paid.

No post-dated checks will be accepted.

Late payments at the door will incur a $20 charge. Returnedchecks will be assessed a $25 charge plus the original amount

of the check.

CLERKS/STEWARDS:Ring Clerks will earn a free two day entry and lunches.

Stewards will earn $15 per day plus lunch. Please indicateyour availability on TOES.

Kittens or cats may NOT be confined to carriers, eitherdisplayed or under the bench, during show hours.

NO cats/kittens may be left in the Show Hall overnight.

HEALTH RULES: This is a non-vetted show. All cats MUSTbe fully immunized and tested negative for Feline Leukemia.

All entries MUST be free of any communicable diseaseincluding, but not restricted to, fungus, fleas, and ear mites.

Exhibitors of cats suspected to be ill or pregnant (asdetermined by the Show Committee) will be asked to leavethe show hall with ALL their entries with NO refunds being

made. It is advised that all cats be bathed and groomed priorto benching. All nails MUST be clipped prior to benching.

LIABILITY: All participants agree to indemnify and holdEcono Car Club, TICA, and Crown Plaza Airport Convention

Center harmless from injury, loss or damage to cats,exhibitors, or property of exhibitors or vendors, or other such

persons in attendance.

MISCELLANEOUS:For the safety of our exhibitors, their cats, and spectators, NOkittens/cats may be allowed "on leash" in or around the show

hall at any time.

Per TICA Show Rules - Article 10 - Responsibilities ofExhibitors (210.3): Exhibitors shall not sit (or stand) in the

ring area holding cats prior to or during judging except withthe explicit permission of the Judge; these rules will be

STRICTLY enforced.
