Filling with wash fluid- Remove the top filter cover (1), filter pad (2), lower filter cover (3) and filter cup (4) giving direct access to the fluid reservoir.-- Pour 80 ltrs (4 x 20LTR containers) directly into the fluid reservoir, the first 3 containers (60ltrs) fill the unit up to the float sensor inside the machine, the last 20 ltrs is what is consumed during normal running.- Return the filter cup (4) and lower filter cover (3) back into place. Place the fabrics filter (2) BLUE side down into position in the drain top and replace the top stainless filter (1).-- Plug the appliance in and switch the power on at the mains, the control panel at the front of the machine will show a GREEN light indicating the heating element is warming up and the pump is ready for operation.

THE APPLIANCE IS FITTED WITH A HEATING ELEMENT TO HEAT THE FLUID TO 38 DEGREES CENTIGRADE (100 DEGREES FARENHEIT), THIS PROCESS

WILL TAKE AROUND 4 HOURS O COMPLETE

Identify the filters-- The stainless steel top filter (1) is designed to stop large pieces of debris dropping through to the fine filter whilst still giving a good solid surface on which to clean products.- The fabric filter (2) contains the microbes which wash into the fluid reservoir; this MUST be changed every 4 weeks to ensure the microbes are topped up ensuring the correct operation. This filter should be placed BLUE side down.-- The lower filter cover is designed to support the fabric filter and stop it dropping / sagging into the filter cup.- The filter cup catches anything which has made is past the 3 primary filters and requires cleaning every 4 weeks in line with the fabric filter change and it should form part of its monthly maintenance schedule.

ecoLogikControl Panel- The control Panel is located on the front of the appliance and consists of 1 push button switch and 2 illuminated indicators, there is also a temperature overload reset button located on the left side panel 100mm below the appliance handle.-- Once the mains power supply is switched on the GREEN panel lamp will alight, this means the wash pump and heating element has power, once the unit has reached its operating temperature (approx 4 hrs @ 38 degrees c (100 degrees F) the heating element will be automatically control its heat to maintain it temperature.-- The push button will switch on the pump and deliver fluid to either the flexible nozzle or the wash brush; the required delivery method is selected by rotating the handle located on the “L” valve vertically or horizontally. -- The fluid will both naturally evaporate and be removed from the appliance on wet products, this will result in the fluid level dropping and eventually the internal float will switch the power off to the pump and the heating element, this will be indicated by the Amber panel lamp illuminating.

NNote: Once the Amber lamp is illuminated the element no longer heats up and the pump no longer activates so always keep top up fluid available Thermal Cut out reset

- The heating element is controlled by a thermostat set to 38 degrees c(100 degrees F) and will automatically keep this temperature, if for some reason the temperature exceed this a secondary overload sensor is fitted which activates at 55 degrees (131 degrees F) ....

ecoLogikthis can be reset by inserting a “pencil” etc into the 12mm dia hole located in the left hand side panel, 100mm below the handle, this gives access to a fully insulated panel reset button.

Note: The activation of the overload sensor is an unusu-al occurrence and we advise you to contact the service centre for further guidance in this issue

Washing Products- The appliance MUST NOT be used as a waste oil receptacle under any circumstances as it will not function correctly and invalidate all warranties due to the damage it will cause.- NO FLAMABLE products are to be washed into the receptacle.-- Remove as much loose debris from the item to be cleaned including lumps of dirt etc- Drain as much oil / fluid from the product to be cleaned as possible.- The wash brush is to be used to agitate the debris from the surface of the item being cleaned this can then be rinsed with the flexible hose once the product is clean.-- DO NOT soak products in the sink for long periods of time especially aluminium.- Dry clean products and re-lubricate to prevent rusting

Data taken from web product search July 2013

All domestic white goods data has been calculated AAt 24 hrs running, 322 days per annum. (46 weeks)All parts washing machines were started from cold, data collated, then the test reset and run for 5 days, pumps were run intermittently to simulate “in use” con-ditions.

Ambient temperature was 15°

A consumption meter was used to collate data, and then extrapolated across 46 working weeks.
