Ecokit is an engineered construction system for high performance structures. The ecokit system is made up of standardised components manufactured using engineered timber, allowing a rapid assembly onsite,deliveringbenefitsinbuildtime,overallefficiencyandqualitycontrol. The ecokit engineered construction system is effortless.There’s no heavy lifting and no cranes.

Utilising our ecokit system offers superior insulation, structuralstrength and airtightness and leads to project completion in about 60%ofthetimecomparedtotraditionalbuildingmethods.

A standard ecokit house is rated 8 stars under the Australian National Home Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS), a way above the minimum 6 star required. Our system produces a tighter building envelope that is more weathertight and makes better use of energy throughout the building’s life cycle. The ecokit construction system is also suitable for buildings in Passive House standard.
