EBRD
• National Public Procurement Law allows
an exemption where the rules of an
international organisation apply.
• Open international tendering the norm –
all Suppliers from any country are eligible
• Detailed rules, procedures and documents
to be used.

ECEPP is :
• a cloud-based application,
• “end-to-end” electronic procurement under EBRD PP&R
• for EBRD Clients to conduct procurement of goods, works, supply and
installation and services contracts
A standard internet connection is the only thing it is needed to get access and
work on ECEPP.
Registration in ECEPP is completely free of charge.
