Dear Friends, Please join me in recognizing the academic excellence of our student-scholars, as well as the indispensability of our scholarship donors. The ECC Foundation has awarded more than $1.1 million over the past fi ve years to students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and a commitment to furthering their educational and career goals. Many student-scholars continue their pursuit of academic excellence at a four-year educational institution, while others enter the workforce directly upon graduation, eager to begin their chosen profession. Their life experiences and stories are different, but one constant remains: the scholarship support these students receive from Erie Community College is an investment in their future—one made possible by our generous donor network. We could not offer the more than 850 scholarships we’ve made available over the last fi ve years without the ongoing support of our donors. Albert E. Adams Computer Repair Technology Endowed Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is named in memory of Mrs. Esther A. Matthews’ brother Albert E. Adams. Albert was an exceptional human being who taught in the Computer Repair Technology Department at ECC South Campus. He has been described as a “comrade, consultant, an image like you may never see again in your lifetime, a friend with an uncanny gift of intelligence and knowledge that people spend an entire lifetime learning and never achieve, a friend who never lost track of humanity in spite of his intellect, a friend to both man and beast.”

Administrators Association of ECC Scholarship Fund

The Administrators Association Scholarship assists family members of the AAECC-UAW to meet the financial demands of attending college.

Arthur Allen “Pass the Torch” Endowed Scholarship

The Allen Family and beloved friend Ted Wetzel established this endowed scholarship for the legacy of Arthur Allen. Arthur was a principal counselor and Associate Professor at Erie Community College. This award supports students in need and inspires students about the value of community service.

Jack D. Allen Endowed Memorial Scholarship

The family of Jack D. Allen established this memorial scholarship for non-traditional students attending ECC. Mr. Allen served local government and was involved in public service his entire life. He felt that the value of education was immeasurable and encouraged his children to pursue their educational dreams. His family wanted to keep his dream alive by giving disadvantaged ECC students an opportunity to pursue their goals.

American Gas Association Scholarship Natural gas is the foundation fuel for a clean and secure energy future and an economic revitalization for our country. The goal of this award is to develop a skilled workforce for the natural gas industry in the 21st century. The award is meant to encourage ECC students to enter the natural gas industry and to persuade them to become the industry’s future leaders.

Nat Bagel Memorial Scholarship Nat Bagel enjoyed going to casinos and playing the slot machines. It brought him many hours of joy and entertainment, especially on the few occasions when he won. This memorial scholarship was established to help outstanding students enrolled in the Casino Gaming Machine Repair program earn their certificates so they can repair the machines that Nat so dearly loved.

Susan Barlow Endowed Wellness Scholarship

Named in honor of Susan Barlow who lost her battle with ovarian cancer, this scholarship is for ECC students with acute medical conditions who demonstrate financial need.

BASF/Adopt-A-School Scholarship Program

Supports students entering the Auto Body Repair Technology program

Dr. Arthur G. Baumeister Endowed Memorial Paralegal Scholarship

Dr. Arthur G. Baumeister was the founder and chairman of the Paralegal Department at Erie Community College until his death in 1985. This memorial scholarship was established for students who have a great love and respect for the law.

Scott Bieler Scholarship This award is given to deserving students who have managed to beat the odds by meeting and overcome tremendous adversity in pursuit of an education at ECC.

James Luke Bierl Endowed Memorial Scholarship

James Bierl, an ECC Professor in the Respiratory Care Department, founded this scholarship in memory of his son, James Luke Bierl. James Luke Bierl, a St. Francis High School graduate, lost his life in a car accident on May 14, 2008, after completing his second semester at ECC. This scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a health sciences degree.

Professor William Major Byers Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is for math students continuing their education at a four-year college or university.

Carubba Collision, Dupont and CARQuest Scholarship

Established to create opportunities for students entering the Autobody Repair Technology field

Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Scholarship This award assists students in the Culinary Arts & Hotel Restaurant Management programs.

Cheryl Chameli-Giumento Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Michele Langan, an ECC faculty member in the Biology Department, established this scholarship in memory of her student, Ms. Chameli-Giumento. Cheryl exuberated a zeal for life and learning. She was admired for her generosity, commitment to hard work, academic excellence, and personal growth. It is the hope of Ms. Langan that this endowment will commemorate her and allow Cheryl’s legacy to positively affect the lives of others.

Church to College Scholarship With this scholarship churches award members of their congregation who are attending ECC.

Frank L. Ciminelli Endowed Scholarship This scholarship award is designated for high school graduates who are continuing their education at Erie Community College.

Commitment to Excellence - Associate Degree Scholarship

Sponsored by the Erie Community College Foundation Board of Directors and the ECC Board of Trustees, this scholarship identifies students who exhibit excellence in all facets of life, both inside and outside the classroom. Commitment to Excellence - Certificate Scholarship

Sponsored by the Erie Community College Foundation Board of Directors and ECC Board of Trustees, this scholarship identifies students who exhibit excellence in all facets of life, both inside and outside of the classroom. David R. Conley Business Administration Memorial Scholarship

Founded by David’s widow and two sons in his memory. He graduated from ECC (North Campus) in 1978 with an A.S.S. in Business Administration. David always credited ECC for his formal higher education, and for this college providing a great foundation to build years of success in the world of business.

David R. Conley Respiratory Care Memorial Scholarship

Established in memory of David R. Conley, a 1978 graduate of ECC and a double lung transplant patient (at the Cleveland Clinic). He was given the “gift of life” and this scholarship is presented to carry on that gift.

Lura L. Cook Endowed Scholarship Award This scholarship, a gift from Lura L. Cook, a retired ECC English teacher, provides students with financial assistance and encouragement toward a four-year degree.

Kathleen Cusick Scholarship Kathleen Cusick was an amazing professor in the Biology N department. Upon her death her family and we, as a department, chose a scholarship in her memory to honor her service to the college.

Ricky Costner, Jr. Memorial Scholarship The parents of Ricky Costner, Jr. established this memorial scholarship to remember their son who enjoyed working in the hospitality field with his dad.

ECC Music Fine Arts Award Scholarship Established by the ECC Humanities Department

ECC Foundation Merit Award Scholarship This award was established by the ECC Foundation to recognize significant academic accomplishments by first-year students. Recipients have demonstrated a willingness to learn and have maintained an excellent high school record.

ECC Foundation Scholarship-Second Year Student

Foundation scholarships are conferred upon second semester, full-time students who have demonstrated academic success and a commitment to excellence in their program.

ECC Honors Program Scholarship The Honors Program Scholarship provides financial assistance to current, deserving students in the ECC Honors Program.

ECC Retirees Scholarship Provides financial assistance to new or continuing students who require aid while attending ECC

Erie Community College Student Government Association Endowed Student Leadership Scholarship

This scholarship encourages and recognizes student leadership.

Eyewear by R.O.I. Ophthalmic Dispensing Scholarship

An alumnus of the college, Mr. John Alofs, created this scholarship through his business to benefit ophthalmic dispensing students.

Norman D. Farmer Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was created to celebrate Norman D. Farmer’s life. Norman loved cooking and food. He prepared culinary wonders for both clients of his catering business and friends and family alike. One of his signature phrases was “Come to table”.

Jerrold Flaschner Memorial Scholarship This scholarship is in memory of Jerrold Flaschner, an ECC Foundation board member, who believed in education and was passionate about the fields of graphic arts, printing and photography. He was the editor of Living Prime Time, an upbeat magazine with stories about Western New York. He was dedicated participant in many community organizations and worked for many worthy causes. This devotion provided him the opportunity to give back to his community that he said had been so good to him, his family and his business. Ever the optimist, Jerry Flaschner’s often said, “The best is yet to come”.

Ford Motor Company / Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Endowed Scholarship

Recognizing the importance of education for all, the Ford Motor Company created this endowed scholarship particularly for minorities and women with a preference given to Ford employees, retirees, and their spouses and children.

Cosmo “Corky” Fratello Scholarship Cosmo was a professor and Department Head of the Ophthalmic Dispensing Program (now Vision Care Technology) for many years. He was very active in the ophthalmic community over his life. The Optical Society of WNY renamed an award in his honor after his death.

Sarah J. Gabel Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Created by Eileen E. Gabel in memory of her daughter Sarah, this scholarship supports students with special needs.

Grace Galanti/Anoinette Covelli Endowed Athletic Scholarship Award

This scholarship is given to an ECC female student-athlete who fits the criteria established by the ECC Athletic Department and must follow National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) eligibility rules.

Ralph Galanti Endowed Athletic Scholarship Award

This scholarship is given to an ECC male student-athlete who fits the criteria established by the ECC Athletic Department and must follow National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) eligibility rules.

Officer Frederick Garrasi III Memorial Scholarship

Frederick Garrasi, ECC Alumnus ‘10 had a dream of becoming a police officer and serving his community. Fred was both a campus public safety officer at ECC and a part time police officer for the Town of Evans. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude was infectious. In February 2013 he was rewarded for his hard work and dedication with a full time appointment to the Evans Police Department. In May 2013, he died suddenly. This scholarship was established to recognize a pre-employment student in the ECC Law Enforcement Academy.

Brigette Nicole Gaskin Memorial Scholarship

Louise M. Kowalski established this scholarship in loving memory of her daughter, Brigette Nicole Gaskin, who died suddenly at the age of 14.

James D. Griffin Scholarship Mayor Griffin knew firsthand the importance of education and also the difficulties faced when trying to complete an education while working to pay for that education. This scholarship helps qualified individuals with their finances, moving them forward in their educational pursuits. Applicants are residents of Erie County and demonstrate positive community involvement while participating in extra-curricular activities such as sports.

Health Sciences (formerly Allied Health) Endowed Scholarship

ECC Vison Care Technology Department established this scholarship for students majoring in one of the Health Sciences program.

Kerm Helmer /Ken Duke Scholarship This scholarship is in memory of Kerm Helmer, the founding coach of the Varsity Bowling Program at ECC and the NJCAA. Under his leadership the team earned 37 NJCAA National Titles and even more Regional Titles. His teams also captured intercollegiate championships from some of the best 4 year and 2 year college bowling programs in the country. This scholarship continues because of the generosity of Ken Duke, ECC Alumnus ’78, ‘86, and former Varsity Bowling Team member and coach and his wife, Susan Duke, retired ECC Registrar at the City Campus.

James Henley, Jr. Book Award This book award is given to both a male and female athlete graduate of South Park High School. Darryl Jackson founded it in memory of his brother James who played football for the South Buffalo Celtics.

Gerard J. Hutch Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was created in memory of Gerard J. Hutch who loved the refrigeration industry. He was highly regarded as a successful businessman and owner.

Craig A Hyslop Memorial Scholarship Craig A. Hyslop received his Nursing A.A.S. from ECC. His health care career spanned four decades, serving at several Buffalo area hospitals. At the time of his death in 2011, he was retired from the New York State Health Department. This scholarship was established to honor Craig’s dedication to the nursing profession.

Ingram Micro Achievement & Service Scholarship

The Ingram family, who founded Ingram Micro, believes in education and in giving back to the community. With this philosophy, philanthropic work and continuing education have become a way of life at the company. This scholarship is given to a student who realizes the importance of getting an education as well as volunteering in the community.

David Kaca Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was established in memory of David Kaca. David was a TA for the Civil/Construction Management Engineering Technology Department who was very well liked by both faculty and students.

KeyBank Scholarship The KeyBank Scholarship supports educational aspirations of students residing in Western New York. Applicants must attend a two- or four-year accredited institution of higher education in one of the five Western New York counties (Erie, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Niagara or Orleans). KeyBank Scholarship recipients must be in good standing with their school, maintain a 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate a commitment to helping others through community service.

George F. Lamm American Legion Auxiliary Post #622 Scholarship

George F. Lamm was one of the first Town of Amherst servicemen to give his life for his country in World War I. As a machine gunner in Co. L, 7th Infantry Reg., 3rd Division, he was killed in the line of duty on July 15, 1918. At the time the 3rd Division played an important role in repulsing the German drive.

Thomas C. Leader Sr. Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Robert Leader created this scholarship in memory of his father, Thomas C. Leader to support respiratory care students in their final year of the program.

The Patrick P. Lee Foundation Term Scholarship

It is hoped that students pursuing careers in the Engineering and Technology fields will obtain full-time employment in the Buffalo-Niagara area upon completion of this program at ECC. This award assists students in achieving this goal.

The Legend Group Endowed Honors Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to an Honors program student.

LensCrafters Scholarship The LensCrafters Scholarship was created to recognize outstanding academic performance and leadership skills. Preference is given to students employed by LensCrafters.

David S. Leone Memorial Scholarship The family of David S. Leone established this memorial scholarship to honor David who was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Debilitating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) in the 1980s. Mr. Leone served 13 years as a Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority Police Office until forced to retire. David died October 5, 2009. His wife and daughter survive him.

Luciani Endowed Scholarship The Lucianai Endowed Scholarship was established from a 2006 gift made by the Mrs. Assunta Luciani Estate. It was Mrs. Luciani’s hope that reicipients have an academic proficiency, moral aptitude and reside in Western New York. Priority is given to those applicants who live in the Sloan or Lovejoy area.

Kevin Malchoff National Restaurant Association Education Foundation Endowment Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Kevin Malchoff to assist individuals seeking a degree in the fields of either Hotel Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts.

Machine Tool Technology Endowed Scholarship

Established to provide scholarships to students enrolled in the ECC Industrial Technology Machine Tool Program

Florence Meldrum Nursing Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was established from the estate of John Swanson. Mr. Swanson recognized the value of community colleges and specifically the outstanding nursing program at ECC. It was his core belief that by investing in ECC, he could provide an incredible tribute and legacy to his mother-in-law, Florence Meldrum, while also providing ECC students an opportunity to continue and excel in their educational endeavors.

Patricia Mertz and Wayne Mertz Mechanical Engineering Endowed Scholarship

Patricia Mertz, a former trustee of Erie Community College, and her husband Wayne Mertz, created this scholarship benefiting students in the Mechanical Engineering Technology Program.

Middle Early College Chance Award Scholarship

Scholarship for an ECC Middle College student continuing education at a 4-year college or university (also known as the MCHS Chance Scholarship)

Gary Miller Memorial Scholarship Gary earned his A.S. Degree from Erie Community College and was co-owner and former chef of the Deerhead Inn in West Seneca. His wife, Judy, created the Gary Miller Memorial Scholarship for Culinary Arts students to honor and memorialize Gary.

James P. Nagy Memorial Scholarship Professor Nagy was a passionate believer in the power of education, especially in science and engineering. Throughout his career at ECC, he encouraged many young people to forge successful, productive careers in engineering and technology. His daughters, Jacqueline N. Wright and Linda N. Johnston honor his legacy at ECC by helping those students who hold similar promise.

National Grid Associate Degree Scholarship

The scholarship identifies and supports students entering the workforce.

National Grid Certificate Awarded to a student in the Energy Utility Technology Certificate Program

Nesci Family Veteran’s Scholarship Approximately 70% of veterans who return to school have exhausted their GI Bill benefits making a return to college very difficult. This award provides veterans the assistance needed to pursue their educational goals.

The New York Propane Gas Association’s John Ganey Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship provides assistance for a current HVAC student working toward an associate degree in Building Management and Maintenance.

The New York Propane Gas Association’s Elbert Stillwagon Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to full-time students in the Fire Protection Technology program

Niagara Frontier Subcontractors Association Scholarship

Assists a student that has selected to pursue or advance a career in the Western New York construction industry

Steven Nowotniak Memorial Scholarship Steven Nowotniak was a 1969 graduate of ECC who passed away unexpectedly one week after graduation. His classmates wanted to remember him with this scholarship and honor his love of Chemistry.

Bill & Mary O’Hare Endowed Scholarship The O’Hare family started this scholarship in memory of their mother and father, who were dedicated teachers. This scholarship is given to students who have been accepted into a four-year college or university in a secondary education program preparing them for a teaching career.

Dr. John & Karen (Leone) O’Neil ‘69 Scholarship Award

Dr. John O’Neil started this scholarship as he approached the 40th anniversary of his graduation in 1969. John credits his former Erie Community College professors and staff with giving him the educational foundation that enabled him to transfer to Cornell University with two full years of credits.

Our Lady of Hope Scholarship Established by Michael Taheri, this scholarship is for a first-time student new to Erie Community College. Recipients are expected to maintain good grades and provide community service at St Luke’s Mission of Mercy in Buffalo, NY.

Jason Pahl Memorial Restaurant & Hotel Management Scholarship

This scholarship supports and motivates students in their pursuit of a Culinary Arts career and helps to develop skills that enhance their self-image. Jason Pahl’s parents honoring their son’s culinary arts career and his love of the industry founded the scholarship.

Vernon J. Parks Endowed Honorary Scholarship

This award was established in memory of Vernon J. Parks who developed training programs for welders, technical and manufacturing personnel; and special programs for engineers. Vern coordinated grants with Erie Community College, South Campus, under CETA, and the University at Buffalo for API. As a member of the Workforce Development Department of ECC South, Vern helped to develop the industrial manufacturing training program.

Dr. Clarice Parrag Endowed Scholarship Dr. Parrag credits ECC for starting her career after which she attended Rosary Hill College (now Daemen) and the University at Buffalo. Dr. Parrag returned to ECC and taught students in the Biology Department for 37 years. Her commitment to college continues with the creation of this award that provides assistance to students following the same path she took, a health care career at ECC.

Jaime L. Passanisi Memorial Scholarship Established by family and co-workers, this award honors the dedication of Jaime L. Passanisi to both nursing and family. Her sense of purpose and accomplishment serves as a great example to her son. When Jaime’s life ended unexpectedly in 2012, at the age of 33, those who knew her best, created this scholarship to recognize her passion for life and care for others. The scholarship assists others in accomplishing their dreams of becoming a nurse.

Cheri Ann Paulin Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The parents of Cheri Ann Paulin established this endowment in the spring of 2012 in memory of their daughter who was a graduate of ECC’s Radiation Technology program. She died suddenly of an aggressive cancer, leaving behind a young son. As her father said, “This is the most important check I’ve ever written. It is so important to us that not only Cheri’s memory lives on, but also that worthy students can get the same quality education she received. I worked two jobs to make sure she could go to college and I want to make sure that other students can have a great education as well.”

Perseverance Scholarship for Veterans This award is bestowed upon a US Veteran to honor scholarship donor, Myra Conley’s godson, a 3rd tour Staff Sergeant; father, a WWII veteran; and all who are serving or have served our country.

Daniel C. & Doris Penfold Scholarship This scholarship honors Daniel C. Penfold’s father. Penfold said, “My father was a 100% disabled veteran from World War II and because of him I received a scholarship as a child of a disabled veteran for my undergraduate education. I was also an active duty officer and retired from the United States Army Reserve.”

The Hank Pirowski Endowed Scholarship Established by the New York Association of Drug Treatment Court Professionals in memory of Hank Pirowski, one of the founding incorporators and an officer on its Board of Directors. This Association promotes and advocates for all facets of drug courts. Hank traveled the country advocating for drug courts, which earned him an induction to the Stanley M. Goldstein Drug Court Hall of Fame, and many other awards. Hank was a loyal New Yorker and U.S. Citizen, only leaving his home to serve as a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps, with a tour of duty in Vietnam, for which he received many commendations. In 2008, Hank helped implement the first Veteran’s Treatment Court to Aid Military Men & Women following their service to the U.S.

Professor Paul Rellinger Memorial Scholarship

In memory of Erie Community College Professor Paul Rellinger

Matthew J. Reynolds Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Matthew was a 2004 graduate from ECC. He passed away while working toward his bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State College. This memorial fund was established by Matthew’s family to honor his commitment to better the community by aiding individuals in their pursuit of a college degree.

School of Dental Hygiene Scholarship ECC provides the only Dental Hygiene program in this region. This scholarship supports a deserving dental hygiene student in attaining their career goals.

Seneca Data Scholarship Awarded to a student in the Computer Repair Technology program

The Shanbhag Scholarship - 1st Year Student

Guided by the Hippocratic Oath: “I will teach them my art and will impart all my acquirement, instructions and whatever I know to all my pupils,” a local radiation oncologist created this scholarship to assist ECC’s radiation therapy students.

Guided by the Hippocratic Oath: “I will teach them my art and will impart all my acquirement, instructions and whatever I know to all my pupils,” a local radiation oncologist created this scholarship to assist ECC’s radiation therapy students.

Danielle L. Shipman, R.N. Memorial Scholarship

Danielle Shipman’s aunt, Brenda K. Smith, established this scholarship to help students intending to pursue careers as nurses.

Marlon B. Siegel Award On behalf of Marlon’s vision—the education of competent and caring Respiratory Therapists—and to help preserve the memory of our friend and colleague who dedicated so much of himself to the College and to the Respiratory Care Profession this award was established in his memory.

Sylvia G. Simon-Ray Endowed Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created in memory of Sylvia Simon-Ray. Professor Simon-Ray was respected and admired by her students, colleagues, the administration and the staff of Erie Community College. She was dedicated to her students instilling a sense of worth and confidence and inspiring them to fulfill their dreams and encouraging them maintain academic excellence.

Diane Sina Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was established in memory of Diana Sina, a former member of the Office Management & Administration Department at ECC North.

Statler Foundation Scholarship This scholarship assists students in the ECC Culinary Arts, Hotel Restaurant Management or Baking and Pastry Arts programs.

Students Supporting Students - Non Traditional Student Award Scholarship

This scholarship offers financial assistance to a non-traditional student who may be working full-time and have other life responsibilities & challenges while pursuing a college education.

Students Supporting Students - Single Parent Award Scholarship

This scholarship offers financial assistance to single parents pursuing a college education.

Students Supporting Students - Veteran Award Scholarship

This scholarship offers financial assistance to a veteran student who has served our country and is now pursuing a college education.

SUNY Empire State Diversity Honors Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students with high academic achievement who make a contribution to the diversity of the student body in their program or school, primarily by overcoming a disadvantage or other impediment to success in higher education.

Richard Terry Scholarship Friends of Richard Terry created the Richard Terry Memorial Scholarship to honor him. Richard was an ophthalmic dispensing graduate from the Rochester area.

Thurman Thomas Endowed Distinguished Scholarship Award

This scholarship assists disadvantaged students within Erie County who are continuing their education at Erie Community College.

Sister Margaret Toohill Scholarship The North Campus Newman Center established this scholarship in honor of Sister Margaret Toohill who was active in campus ministry at the ECC North Campus. Sister Margaret was known for the spiritual guidance she provided students, faculty and administration. She had a special compassion for the non-traditional, single parent female student.

Lydia A. Trezevant Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Rebecca E. Trezevant created this scholarship in memory of her daughter, Lydia Trezevant.

Frances J. VanDekken Memorial Scholarship

Established by Michael Foley, D.D.S. and the staff of Winning Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in memory of their beloved Practice Administrator, Fran VanDekken. Fran was admired for her leadership, exemplary professionalism, and passionate pursuit of the very best experience for the patient. She served as an excellent role model and mentor for many young women entering the dentistry field during the last two decades. When she lost her hard fought battle with multiple myeloma, this award was created to help a student who embodies her spirit and desire to excel within the profession of dentistry.

This scholarship is awarded to EMT students who have no other source of funding beyond TAP/Pell.

Western New York Dental Group Dental Hygiene Scholarship

This scholarship, established by Ralph C. Wilson, Jr., assists exceptional athletic students with their education.

Anthony J. Wittman Memorial Scholarship Anthony J. Wittman was a highly decorated, 10-year veteran of South Carolina Law Enforcement. His service included street patrol, vice, narcotics, and assignments to state, multi-agency drug task force. The recipient of this scholarship reflects the qualities of citizenship, service, character and integrity exemplified by Officer Anthony J. Wittman.

Jason R. Yoder Memorial Scholarship Jacob Gaik established this scholarship for his brother-in-law who died from Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS - Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis)
