用于气体或粉尘环境

针对防爆领域的使用，PFLITSCH 提供广泛的电缆接头品种，它们符合 ATEX 最新指令使用区域 G （气体）和 D（粉尘）设备 II 类和防爆型式 e（增安型）和 d（隔爆型）

针对防爆型式 “e”，PFLITSCH 在 UNI Dicht® 系统中提供 M10 到 M80 和 Pg 7 到 Pg 48 金属制（黄铜和不锈钢）防爆接头以及 M16 到 M50 和 Pg 9 到 Pg 36 PVDF 塑料制防爆接头。所有的防爆电缆接头均允许用于“G”即爆炸性气体区域和“D”即粉尘环境。

针对防爆等级 “d”（隔爆型），PFLITSCH 提供一系列用于铠装和非铠装电缆和导线的金属制（黄铜和不锈钢）防爆电缆接头，从 M16 到 M100，按客户要求还可提供 Pg、英制或 NPT 接口螺纹。所有的防爆电缆接头均允许用于“G”即爆炸性气体区域和“D”即粉尘环境，以及 M2 （采矿领域中因煤矿瓦斯/粉尘造成的危险）。

PFLITSCH 防爆电缆接头符合针对气体（G 标志）和粉尘（D 标志）的欧盟指令 94/9/EG (ATEX 95)。该防爆接头允许使用在 1、2、21 和 22 区的易爆区域。PFLITSCH 的 UNI Dicht® 电缆接头既有符合公制标准 EN 60423 的螺纹，也有享富盛名的 Pg 接口螺纹，有标准长度和加长长度可供选择。这保证了使用者在新设备和进行替换时，随时可以订购到合适的部件。

UNI 多重密封嵌件可以实现多根电缆安装在狭窄空间的安装。根据导线的直径选择多重密封嵌件。防护等级：IP 65，当导线 Ø = 孔 Ø 时，可达到防护等级 IP 68 至 10bar只有经过防护等级测试才能做出可靠的说明。

可提供不同版本的密封嵌件：· 孔直径一致· 孔直径不一致· 盲孔 — 部分占据· 作为封闭式密封嵌件 — 用于导线直径未知时自己钻孔

· 作为分体式密封嵌件。

针对不同的温度范围可提供两种材质多重密封嵌件：密封嵌件的温度范围：TPE -40 °C bis +115 °CTPE-V -40 °C 至 +135 °C

重要提示：使用多重密封嵌件时，必须用导线或以下商品组别中的密封螺栓将所有开孔U7.3 位于章节 "Zubehör" 占据。密封螺栓必须适合密封嵌件的开孔直径。使用防爆电缆接头 U59。用于易爆区域的 UNI Ex-e 带多重密封嵌件要遵守 EG 型式检验证书的特殊条件。请注意穿过电缆和导线的最大热负载。仅允许穿过固定铺设的电缆和导线。操作者必须保证相应的应变消减能力。

The UNI multiple sealing insertenablesmanylinestobeinstalledinaconfinedspace.Themultiplesealinginsertistobeselectedaccordingtothelinediameter.Protection class: IP 65, with a line diam. = hole diam. IP 68 up to 10barattainable.Reliableinformationcanonlybegivenoncethepro-tectionclasshasbeenchecked.

The sealing inserts are available in the most varied executions:· Equalholediameter· Unequalholediameter· Blindholes– with partial assignment· Asclosedsealinginsert–forself-drillingwithunknownlinediameters· Asdividedsealinginsert.
