2014 Scaling up in the UKWith clear evidence of an improving market in the UK, we entered into an agreement with The 100 Company. The agreement gives us capability in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol. The combined entity is branded as Talent and Jon Butterfield takes a place on our board.

2014Talent RISEOur foundation, Talent RISE, aims to positively impact at least 10,000 young people though education and job placement opportunities. The first pilotprogram ran in Sydney and all participants entered into employment or further training following graduation. It will roll out across all sites by 2016.

Our Story: From humble beginnings to an Impossible Place

1995Talent founded in PerthBy Richard Earl in Perth, Australia; initially operating from a home office when things in Western Australia were quiet and the mining boom was yet to take off.

2005 – 2007Australian network expandsThe Australian national expansion continued with theopening of the Melbourne office in 2005. Within twoyears we opened in Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide;ready for major growth.

2009 – 2011New Zealand expansionIn order to service trans-Tasman client relationships and an emerging and innovative technology sector in New Zealand, Auckland was launched in 2009 followed by Wellington in 2010.

2011 – 2012Asian offices are openedWith Asia representing a key part of our futurestrategy, Singapore opened in 2011 followed by Hong Kong in 2012. We also hit the A$200m revenue mark and entered the BRW Top 500 Private Australian Companies at #280.

2013Unleashed is bornIn May 2013, we held the inaugural Unleashed event in Sydney. Alongside Sir Richard Branson, we announced our intention to transform the way we do business; we will take our contractors and clients to an ‘’impossible place’’, providing a level of customer service that will surprise people beyond their expectations.

1999Sydney is launchedIn the midst of a dot com and Y2k boom and quickly experienced the end of both. It took entrepreneurial qualities and great people to navigate the situation and today Sydney is our largest office and company HQ.

2014 Bravuro launchesAfter acquiring Agile Logic, Talent branded it Bravuro, with a remit to deliver specialised IT consulting services. Bravuro is a new consulting model that brings experience, passion and energy to deliver cost effective IT solutions to clients.

2009Talent enters the UK

As part of longer term plans we opened an office in London to service the emerging digital sector.

2015Talent Celebrates 20th AnniversaryTalent celebrates 20 years of business, continuing to scale and grow exponentially.

2016Talent plans expansion to The United StatesTalent moves its business to a new continent, focusing on The US.
