Michael Sauers is currently the Technology Innovation Librarian for the Nebraska Library Commission in Lincoln, Nebraska and has been training librarians in technology for more than 13 years. Michael’s tenth book, Blogging & RSS: A Librarians Handbook 2nd edition will be published later this year. He has also written dozens of articles for various journals and magazines. In his spare time he blogs at travelinlibrarian.info and reads about 120 books a year.

Joyce Neujahr is currently Director of Patron Services at the University of Nebraska – Omaha, Dr. C.C. and Mabel L. Criss Library, a position she has held since 2008.   In addition to her daily duties, she has been invited to conduct professional development workshops on customer service and most recently share her work with loaning Kindles. She is frequently contacted by phone and email, from all over the world, for assistance with circulation of ebook readers.
