    The Brief To educate individuals across the company about the AstraZeneca

    employer brand. AstraZeneca operates in more than 100 countries,

    and it was becoming a greater and greater challenge to deploy

    the Employer Brand and create a consistent experience for all

    candidates across businesses and geographies. Furthermore,

    due to the widespread nature of the company, they required that

    any materials be easily accessible and simple to use.

    The Solution AMS developed an interactive EVP Toolkit and Employer Brand

    studio to educate individuals across the company. The materials

    included full EVP brand guidelines to assist recruiters in the

    development of creative materials, plus tools for the entire

    candidate journey for a consistent experience from start to finish.

    The materials were hosted on a secure website with simple

    navigation processes, so that all users could clearly identify

    the available materials and make quick use of them.

    The EVP Toolkit and Employer Brand studio educates individuals across

    the company.

    The Results Comments from AstraZeneca:

    The new EVP Toolkit was extremely well-received by the

    AstraZeneca recruitment team, with materials being put to

    immediate use. Roll-out of the site continues to allow recruiters

    and message for their candidates.
