IMPLEMENTATION -HYBRID APPROACH
• Will use the 80:20 principle, first identify the 20 percent distributors driving the 80 percent sales.
• In that 80 percent also pick the ones who are already having licensed version of Tally or Busy.
• The rollout can be done at different places physically with the help of wide network of Tally
Partners, approximately 5,000 in numbers.
• Once we start getting the overall secondary data during the initial two months, will get to identify
what anomalies are there and then we can start tightening the screw on the functional aspect of
doing business.
• During the initial phase of execution don’t control anything at the distributor point like RDP (retailer
distribution price), negative stock billing, SKU alteration etc.
• Distributors having billing software other than Tally or Busy can be given excel upload mechanism
or billing Portal to submit data or can be asked to purchase Tally/Busy at a discounted price.
