NOTES:

This document provides current approval status for controlled product & process sources for all Eaton Aerospace business sites. This list prevails over any plant or local documentation, WISPER or planning software, as the ASL documentation source for all Eaton Aerospace internal purchasing and external supply chain uses.

All terms of the Eaton Supplier Excellence Manual (SEM) shall apply to purchase orders issued by Eaton Aerospace or it’s direct supplier. Suppliers showing “INDIRECT” restrictions are not available for direct POs from an Eaton Aerospace site.

Unless otherwise noted, or stated on a specific contract or purchase order:

• Use of any product supplier listed is expressly limited to the specifications listed under ‘accredited scope’ on that company’s current QMS certification (ISO9001 – AS/EN9100; AS/EN9120, etc.).

• Suppliers possessing Nadcap accreditation for in-house special processes are not generally approved for “process-only” purchase orders.

Approved Scope:Purchasing is limited to the approved scope, as-listed in the table (column C).

Restrictions:Any restriction shown applies to the supplier for all EA purchase orders, and/or supplier-purchased product. Caution should be used where a supplier restriction shows “Conditional” approval, as expiration dates or capability restrictions may apply to the approval status, as-shown in the table. Contact your supervisor if clarification is needed.

Approved Address:Approvals are address-specific (DUNS ID-specific), and do not extend automatically to a listed supplier’s other addresses/production sites.

If a supplier is approved for one Eaton Aerospace site, it is approved for all Eaton Aerospace sites (for the approved scope only). This will avoid duplication of approval efforts by multiple Eaton Aerospace sites.

Original supplier approval records shall reside in WISPER. If these documents are not available in WISPER, it is the responsibility of the local site that originally approved the supplier to retain a copy locally.

If there is no evidence of a QSA having been completed, and a new one is required, one may be requested by contacting Eaton Aerospace Supplier Development (George Boutsikakis [email protected]). It is a goal of Supplier Development to eventually perform a QSA at all Eaton Aerospace suppliers, with a copy retained in WISPER.

If there is no evidence of a QSA having been completed, and a new one is required, the using site is to inform the SDE in advance to schedule it and complete it.
