30 Day challenge
• Being at college has made me eat less healthy• Eat less greasy food• Drink no mountain dew• Drink only water/ powerade/ gatorade• Eat fruit/ vegetables with every meal• Eat no Stromboli's from the Atrium• TRY to take a pic of a meal a day

Goals
• Will eating healthier by eating less greasy food and more fruit and drinking no soda make me feel better physically and mentally about myself?
• See if heart rate has gone down any• Physically- heart rate gone down• Mentally- feel better just because I ate better

During the 30 days• Over the course of the 30 days I ran into
problems –• Forgetting to take a picture at all• Forgetting to take the picture until the foods
already gone• The first few days I had a headache from no
caffeine from Mountain Dew• Also my dad brought me out to lunch twice, I
drank some sort of soda both times

Aftermath
• As you can see I only have fifteen pictures- I didn’t eat unhealthy food in the meals I didn’t take a picture of just forgot to take a picture.
• I ate more healthy then I did before for sure• At least one picture the food is already gone• I didn’t necessarily eat everything pictured- tried to eat
the fruit first.• four pictures do not have a fruit/ vegetable in them• Some food IS deep fried and I realize that is not healthy

How I feel
• Not drinking Mountain Dew made me feel not as awake in the morning
• Also made me feel not as energized• I do feel mentally better about myself because
I know Mountain Dew is not good for you• My resting heart rate did not go down really,
just a few points but that isn’t exactly accurate

Final words
• I am looking forward to researching this topic and seeing how others felt after they did this challenge
