ARE YOU AWARE THAT AT LEAST 30 MILLION PEOPLE
OF ALL AGES AND GENDERS SUFFER FROM AN
EATING DISORDER IN THE U.S?
Professionals will be introduced to basic concepts of
eating disorders including: prevalence, symptoms, warning
signs and medical considerations. The presentation is
designed to give you skills they can incorporate in your
practice through effective interventions.
Presenter Christine Knorr is a Licensed Clinical Social
Worker who is certified by the International Association of
Eating Disorder Professionals as a Certified Eating
Disorders Specialist. She provides community education
and outreach on the topic of Eating Disorders awareness
and prevention at Rockland Jewish Family Service.
Participants will earn *Continuing Education (CE) credits, 3
credits for $25.00.
