Research Hypothesis

This project will implement a nutritional program based on MyPlate and exercise strategies using the FITNESSGRAM. The student body will be fifty fifth graders. We will meet three times a week for morning classes that last forty-five minutes over a ten week period. The setting will be in P.S. X, an urban school in Brooklyn NY. The goal is to teach the students how to achieve a healthy life-style and become fit for life. (“A brief history, 2011)
