Celebrity chef Matt Golinski will be flying in to show off his cooking skills and collaborate with Brookfield Place restaurants to create a dining experience to remember. Start the evening with pre-dinner cocktails by Choo Choo’s and Bar Lafayette followed by dishes from Sushia, The Trustee and The Heritage. These weekly fresh food markets will include special festivities just for Eat Drink Perth. Each week in April, the markets located in Forrest Place feature a variety of stalls selling locally grown fruit and vegetables, organic lamb and beef, eggs, nuts and honey, preserves, chocolates, bread, biscuits, plants and flowers. To celebrate Eat Drink Perth, there will be special cooking demonstrations, pizza and pasta making, and kids cooking activities using ingredients from the markets. There will also be micro herb and urban gardening demonstrations, raw food samples and unique upcycled giftware and jewellery. Local music acts will provide free live entertainment.
