Easy Search
• JDK Version: JDK and JRE 1.7 should be installed on machine.
• Operating System: Windows Server 2008/12
• Application Server: JBoss - EAP 6.4, WildFly 11.0, JBoss - EAP 7.0, WebLogic
• 12C and WebSphere 8.X. Specifically for JBoss 7.0 installation, JDK 1.8 should beinstalled.
• OmniDocs 10.0.
• Elastic Search 1.7.2.
• Apache ManifoldCF 2.3 version 2.
• Newgen FTS must be installed and applied on the cabinet for which Easy Search isbeing installed. Otherwise document's content search and content highlighting willnot work.
Required Components for the Easy Search 10.0
• Easy Search allows the user to search documents, folders and media files
simultaneously. It offers simplified search with filters and sorting.
• Search Result page consists of two major sections:
1. Filters
2. Search Results
The search text box to perform Easy Search is given on the top center of the
OmniDocs Web screen.

Easy Search page, showing the searched result, appears. It contains all the Documents, Folders and Media files matching the specified keyword.

When Folder tab is selected, the search list consists of only folders. The following page
appears, in that case:-
1. Select the required folder.
2. Click on action button to open the operations drop down list.
