Krylon white primer and color

glosses. Krylon brush-on Color

Creations also works well. Withboth types of paint, apply 2 coats

of primer sanding each coat with

220 sandpaper when dry. Apply

3 coats of color sanding with 400

sandpaper when dry. Apply nal

coat of Krylon Triple Thick Clear. All

Krylon paints and nishes are non-

toxic when dry.

Paste Wax Wipe-On Finish or

spray can Krylon Triple ThickClear gloss. For Triple Thick

Clear gloss apply 4 very light

coats of Clear sanding each

coat with 400 grit sandpaper

when bone dry. Apply fth

and nal coat of Krylon Triple

Thick Clear and do not sand

the nal coat. All Krylon paints

and nishes are non-toxic

1. Glue and clamp the two Part 3s to Part 2 using the precisionline orthographic on page 6 as a guide and with all axle holes inalignment. Wipe off excess glue after clamping and letthe glue dry thoroughly before proceeding.

2. Glue two wheels Part 7 to ends of two axles Part 8. Part 8 axleprotrudes on outside of Part 7 axle hole by approximately 1/16.Insert ends of the two axles through the Part 2/3/3 Assembly. Sliptwo Part 7s onto the ends of the two Part 8s that are protrudingfrom Parts 2/3. Adjust the wheels on Part 8 to allow the axle/

wheels assembly to rotate freely in Parts 2 and 3.

The parts shown in this assembly demonstration are madefrom Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). MDF is available instores like Lowes and Home Depot in 2 x 4 sheets of 1/2and 3/4 thickness.
