Free Health WalksMeet by the bus stop in the main car park� e Poole Healthy Walks Scheme o� ers free walks led by trained volunteers. No need to book, just turn up. All walks are completely free…and be sure to stay for some post-walk refreshment! Walks take place every Friday at 11.30am for an advanced walk extending to Upton Heath and at 12 noon for a shorter walk within Upton Country Park. � ere is also a walk within the Country Park on every 2nd Saturday of the month at 10am.

Nordic WalkingA great activity for keeping � t – Nordic Walking returns to the Country Park! Come along to a free taster session on 27th March at 2pm, 7th April at 9.30am or 2nd May at 6.30pm and join the Learn to Nordic Walk course from the following week. Dog Wash What better way to pamper your pet? We are delighted to announce our new self-service Dog Wash area, conveniently located within the main car park at Upton Country Park. � is easy to use facility is great for washing your muddy pooches or simply just giving your dog a weekly treat. It o� ers warm water, natural products and a two speed dryer. Fun to use and all from just £3, it leaves your car and home clean and you ready to relax after your ‘walkies’.

Upton House parkrun� is free, timed weekly 5k takes you across the Country Park to enjoy the fabulous countryside and shoreline. A great way of meeting new people and improving your � tness. You can also enjoy a post-run refreshment in the Tea Rooms. � e run takes place every Saturday morning at 9am and is open to all ages and abilities.
