That day we use

to eat at thecountryside andwe fly a kite.

Bean soap.Ingredients a cup olive

Half kilo medium beans oil

1 big onion 3-4 carrots

1 1 tbsp tomato some salt andpaste pepper

3 celeries

Preparation1. Soak the beans in plenty of water

evening. In the morning rinse andboil in salted water for 20 minutes.2. Stain, put back in the pot and add

enough water to cover everything

1. In a large bowl add the warmwater and dissolve the yeast. Pourenough flour and stir until it hasdoubled in volume.

2. in a large bowl put the sugar,spices, salt and vegetable oil. Pourthe hot milk and stir.

mixture of light with hand,breaking the yolk.

4. Add the yeast and then the flourin installments, working themixture with hands, withoutkneading, until the flour moistened.

5. Then we take the butter withhandfuls and throwing it over thedough, fold it many times, until thebutter is all over. The dough shouldbe warm, soft and buttered.

stand in a warm place until doubled involume (1-2 hours). The dough isready when the pressing it gentlywith your finger, the imprint remains.

A popular game-custom, is the flying of

kite, which takes place every year only onAsh Monday, following the tradition.Flying the kite is done in the countryside.

The joy of children is great, as try to flythe kite as high as possible, as long asweather conditions favor.

1) MUSICAL CHAIRS.

Children create a circle going around andaround the chairs as long as music isplaying. The chairs are a less than thekids. Once the music stops the

children must catch up to sit in a chair.The child would not have time to sit,leaves the game. Every time a child is

not sitting, pull out a chair until wehave two children and one chair. Thechild will manage to stay until the end,

is the winner.

In a tree with branches, the childtry to stick a leaf on a branch.Other children help directing withverbal instructions, such as up-down, left-right.
