Alden Towers Headquartered in Denver, CO, Triton purchased the towers in August 2012. Since then, the company has invested heavily in the renovation and restoration of the property. Beginning with the East Jefferson Avenue-facing Tower A, the Triton team is implementing a phased overhaul that includes rehabilitation of the towers’ more than 380 residential units, on-site fitness and laundry centers, underground parking garage, expansive lobby and outdoor living spaces.

The Chateaufort Co-op was built in 1962. It is part of the Lafayette Park Historic District. This home has 1,450 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and full basement. Additionally, the basement is finished with another half bath. The front windows show views of Lafayette Park and in the distance and Ford Field.
