Purpose of the ECHS CAP

· To continue to align the Texas ECHS Blueprint with the PAC ECHS

Strategic Plan.

· The ECHS Blueprint establishes 3 phases for standing up an ECHS

program at an institution:

· 1) Initiating

· 2) Implementing

· 3) Exemplar

· Develop 12 month, 2 year and 5 year goals

· Develop a long-term strategic plan for intelligent risk decision making

and continuous process improvement.

1. Develop a strategic plan to identify and carry out the

established priorities of ECHS

2. Utilize the PAC Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) to

determine the impact of ECHS on the college: student

enrollment & student progress

3. Align the ECHS 4DX Wildly Important Goals (WIG) and

lead measures with the priorities of the ECHS Strategic Plan

Goal 3: 4DX aligned with priorities -Results

· 4DX WIG and Lead Measures to support priorities· Spring 2017 WIG –Graduation audits for juniors (Class of 2018)

· The ECHS Coordinators will schedule a 1-on-1 advising session with all

953 currently enrolled ECHS students by June 5, 2017 to discuss

progress toward the core curriculum and the associates degree.

Goal 6: Academic Support - NEW

· Library and Tutoring Strategies for Academic Support · Shared document for tracking contacts with schools. Document will

be updated each semester

to DC/ECHS students

Counselors and Librarians for training. Academic & Student support

services will set up a tables.

once a semester to share services and resources with HS Counselors
