Your child will hop, skip, jump, swim and learn their way to the BEST. SUMMER. EVER. YMCA Preschool Camps are the perfect way for children to get outdoors, meet new friends and grow in a supportive environment. With different themes every week, there isn’t enough time to get bored!

Deposits - A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a camp spot, and applies to each week of camp at time of registration. A non-refundable payment will be drafted on the Wednesday before the weeks that the child is enrolled in camp. Campers will not be permitted to attend camp until fees are paid in full.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

If you cancel camp registration at least 14 days in advance of the camp start date, you will receive a refund for that week minus the $25 deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days in advance will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be made in writing.

WELCOME TO THE JUNGLEJUNE 12 - 16Lions and tigers and snakes! Oh My! The jungle animals have come to try Y camping for the first time ever! Join us as we explore animal sounds, build masks to go with your favorite animal and have a roaring good time. Let’s find out when animals of the jungle take over camp!

COUNTRY HOEDOWNJUNE 19 - 23Dust off those boots and hats for the most adventurous week of camp yet! Campers will make some rootin’ - tootin’ crafts, have a roping contest, make trail mix & root beer floats, have a gold rush, and more. Join us in your jeans, flannel, hats and boots for an old-fashioned, country hoedown.

Fins to the right, fins to the left, it’s a shark attack! Come to camp and learn about the ocean’s greatest predator. We will explore water sports that will make everyone’s fins go up. Sharks and minnows, predator and prey, and other fun crafts will be had by all.

AMERICAN SPIRITJULY 3 - 7*

During American Spirit week we will celebrate our country, land, and culture. Campers will participate in a ball game, make a giant chalk map of the U.S., pie throwing contest, tie dye, glitter fireworks, watermelon roll derby, and community clean up.

BEACH PARTYJULY 10 - 14We are celebrating the summer Hawaiian style! Bring your swimsuits and get ready for water balloon tosses, water relays, exploding volcanoes, camper-made boat races, and more! Bring your leis, grass skirts, Hawaiian shirts, and coconuts for our Hawaiian Luau dance. You don’t want to miss it!

RAISE THE JOLLY ROGERJULY 17 - 21Come walk the plank on to me pirate ship! Have some pirate fun with a cannon ball toss, stranded island obstacle course, crocodile hunt, and more. Send a message in a bottle, try your hand (or hook) at sand art, or make pirate hats and eye patches to cheer on the Pittsburgh Pirates.

HOLIDAY HOOPLAJULY 24 - 28We all have favorite holidays so why not celebrate them all? Join your camp familyas we celebrate New Year’s, Christmas in July, Halloween Extravaganza, everybody’s birthday, and holiday mash up. Bring your holiday cheer and your holiday-themed gear!

MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOUJULY 31 - AUGUST 4A long time ago in a galaxy, far, far away, there was great unrest on the planet of the YMCA. Join us as we defend the universe from the dark side. Travel to the second moon and help to create a village, build a robot, design a star finder and find out if you have what it takes to master the force.

SUPERHEROESAUGUST 7 - 11Meet real life super heroes & show them our appreciation for keeping us safe. Campers will take the superhero challenge, by dressing up as a hero in order to use their powers to save the Y against the villains as they compete in events such as radioactive water balloons, three- legged mutant race, save-the-world!

KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLEAUGUST 14 - 18Travel back in time to Medieval Europe to the time of the knights of the round table. Are you a court jester, quick with a quip or perhaps a dashing and daring knight? We will build catapults to defend the Y, create family crests, sing songs, build shields, go on a quest to find Merlin and have a knight’s parade!

ROCK - A - PALOOZAAUGUST 21 - 25

Come clap along, stomp along or hum along to some of your favorite songs at our Rock-A- Palooza. Have a chance to be on stage as we put on our last show of the summer, our annual Y Camp Talent Show. Friends and family are invited to join us on the last day of camp for our talent show and celebration!
