Some families don’t need every room in the house so they wind up using it differently than originally intended.

However for the purposes of selling your house, prospective buyers will want to see that your home includes everything they need.

An easy way to do this is with staging. Be sure that all of the dining areas, offices, and bedroom are properly staged so that during open houses and walk throughs your buyers can see what each room is used for. If a room has no obvious use, give it one!
